My Birthday Song

I got this from Kelly

Go HERE to see what the number one song was on the charts the day you were born.

Mine is a sappy, mushy, romantic tune, but I've always liked it. It's catchy and easy to whistle.

Okay, okay, so it's always been on my all-time-faves list of sappy, mushy, romantic, kiss-me-now kinda tunes.

...Alright so I'm lieing again! I love this song and I have a deep down incurable streak of romantic mushiness. Damn. You people are so pushy sometimes!

Go HERE to find lyrics for other sappy, mushy, romantic, kiss-me-now, incurable streak of romantic mushiness songs.

Happy Together - The Turtles

Imagine me and you I do
I think about you day and night
It's only right
To think about the girl you love
And hold her tight
So happy together

If I should call you up invest a dime
And you say you belong to me
And ease my mind
Imagine how the world could be
So very fine
So happy together

I cant see me lovin' nobody but you
For all my life
When you're with me baby the skies'll be blue
For all my life

Me and you and you and me
No matter how they toss the dice
It had to be
The only one for me is you
And you for me
So happy together

I cant see me lovin' nobody but you
For all my life
When you're with me baby the skies'll be blue
For all my life

Me and you and you and me
No matter how they toss the dice
It had to be
The only one for me is you
And you for me
So happy together

Me and you and you and me
No matter how they toss the dice
It had to be
The only one for me is you
And you for me
So happy together

So happy together
How is the weather
So happy together
We're happy together
So happy together
Happy together
So happy together
So happy together

Yours isn't any better than mine. I got the Doors "Light My Fire." I kinda hate the Doors.

Why is every song from 1967 either dippy romantic crap or pretentious art rock crap? Oh yeah - "Summer of Love." Same reason there are people our age named "Rainbow Moonbeam."
